- Late check-out: Possible until 4:00–6:00 pm, subject to availability.
- Sheets and towels: Included. Towels changed every 4 days, sheets every 8 days.
- Breakfast: Option of "Breakfast included" or "Half board".
- Electricity on long stays: Electricity is not included on stays of more than 29 nights. The guest must pay monthly for the kilowatts consumed and settle any amount due for this item before 12:00 on the day of departure.
