1. Pets
Contents ↑Pets are not permitted in the accommodations, except in the bungalows specifically identified as «Pet Bungalow» or «Adapted/Pet Bungalow». Pets are also permitted on camping pitches. A maximum number of animals per accommodation may apply, which will be communicated before booking. Ordinary pets are not permitted in the glamping accommodations or in the Kampaoh accommodations.
The owner or person responsible for the animal must report its presence, comply with the health and coexistence rules and accept the corresponding declaration of responsibility. Animals must be kept under control and their droppings must be picked up. For dogs subject to special regulations, the legal obligations regarding identification, licence, insurance and safety measures that apply must be complied with.
Legally recognised assistance dogs may accompany their users in accordance with applicable law, even in accommodations that do not admit ordinary pets, without discriminatory surcharges or deposits. The detailed rules can be consulted on the website, in the frequently asked questions section on pets, and in the Internal Regulations.
2. Deposit
Contents ↑A deposit of €100 per accommodation (bungalow, Safari Little, Karibu, etc.), except for the Casa Barril, for which the deposit is €50, will be requested on arrival. No general deposit is required for pitches. For group bookings, a different guarantee may be established when its amount and conditions have been expressly notified and accepted before the booking is formalised; a €200 deposit is not applied automatically merely because the booking is for a group.
The deposit may be paid in cash or by the accepted means of payment, distinguishing an actual charge from a mere bank pre-authorisation. Where applicable, the refund will preferably be processed by the same means used to provide it, unless otherwise agreed or for justified reasons.
The accommodation may be checked during the next cleaning shift, without the guest needing to be present. For this reason, an immediate refund on leaving the campsite is not guaranteed, especially when departure takes place outside ordinary hours. The amount will be refunded once the inspection has been carried out and within the applicable legal time limits.
Only damage, inventory losses or extraordinary cleaning costs that are duly proven, proportionate and legally attributable to the guest may be deducted from the deposit. Normal wear and tear and generic penalties for breaches without justifiable harm will not be charged. If the verified damage exceeds the guarantee, the difference may be claimed in accordance with the law.
3. Cleaning and bed linen
Contents ↑The accommodation is delivered clean and equipped in accordance with the type booked. The ordinary final cleaning is included in the price. There is no automatic daily cleaning service during the stay. Before departure, guests must remove their waste, wash and put away the crockery and leave the accommodation in reasonable condition for use.
For stays of one week or more, bed linen is ordinarily changed every eight days and towels every four days, in accordance with the conditions of the accommodation booked. Casa Barril does not ordinarily include towels. The changes will be organised in accordance with the applicable service and do not amount to daily cleaning of the accommodation.
It is possible to request additional delivery of sheets or towels and extraordinary cleaning during the stay. The service will depend on staff availability and the scope requested; any surcharge will be communicated and must be accepted beforehand. Access to provide the cleaning will respect the guest's privacy.
4. Cancellations and advance payments
Contents ↑The cancellation and modification conditions depend on the type of accommodation, the rate and the booking channel. The specific offer and the booking confirmation will indicate the advance payment, the deadline for free cancellation where applicable, the penalties that apply and the possibilities for modification. These specific conditions, when validly accepted, prevail in commercial matters.
For ordinary flexible rates, where so indicated in the offer, an advance payment of 25 % of the total price will be paid. Refundable rates may provide for free cancellation up to three, seven or thirty days before arrival, depending on the rate chosen. If the booking is cancelled within the accepted period, the advance payment will be refunded in accordance with that rate; outside that period, the penalties expressly agreed and legally valid will apply.
For non-refundable rates, where so informed and accepted, 100 % of the stay is charged in advance and cancellation or modification is subject to the specific conditions and to any inalienable rights that apply. If an optional cancellation insurance is taken out, such as FlexMyRoom, its coverage, requirements and claims procedure will be those laid down by the insurer; that insurance does not remove the establishment's legal obligations.
When a special festival rate is expressly booked, its specific conditions will apply: free cancellation 30 days or more in advance; a penalty of 50 % of the booking amount from 29 to 15 days before arrival; and a penalty of 100 % less than 15 days before, always within the legal limits and only if these terms formed part of the accepted offer.
The campsite may establish minimum stays or specific arrival and departure days by season, accommodation or event, always before confirmation. A voluntary reduction in nights or early departure will not entail an automatic proportional refund; the conditions agreed and the applicable legislation will apply. Changes of dates, occupants or services require express confirmation.
Payment security notice. Camping Armanello requests payment at the time of confirming the booking or during the check-in process through its official channels. It does not request the outstanding balance of a stay by unexpected WhatsApp messages, SMS, social media or email, nor does it send payment links outside its official channels. If you receive a suspicious request, do not make the payment and contact the establishment directly to verify it.
Right of withdrawal for bookings with specific dates. In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, bookings of tourist accommodation for a specific date or period of stay are not subject to the general fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for certain distance contracts. Therefore, making a booking over the Internet does not in itself mean having fourteen days to cancel it free of charge. The cancellation and modification conditions of the validly accepted rate will apply, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that correspond to the consumer. This clarification refers to tourist accommodation for specific dates and is not intended to extend automatically to contracts of a different legal nature.
5. Cancellation due to manifest errors in rates
Contents ↑Camping Armanello reserves the possibility of setting aside a booking where a manifest, obvious and objectively verifiable error has occurred in the published price, arising from a technical, IT, material or human failure, provided that the legally required conditions are met.
A manifest error is one that is clearly disproportionate in relation to the characteristics of the accommodation, the dates booked and the ordinarily applicable rates, and that can reasonably be identified as a mistake, without a promotion, discount or particularly competitive price constituting an error in itself.
When this situation is detected, Camping Armanello will notify the customer of the incident and its reasons within a maximum of 48 hours from the confirmation of the booking, provided that the error is detected within that period.
The customer will be offered, where possible, an equivalent alternative or the possibility of keeping the booking at the correct price, which they must expressly accept. If no agreement is reached and cancellation is legally appropriate, any amount paid for the affected booking will be refunded in full.
This provision does not allow the unilateral cancellation of validly confirmed bookings because of changes in demand, subsequent commercial decisions or simple errors of assessment by the establishment, nor does it limit the rights legally recognised to the consumer.
6. Cancellation due to force majeure
Contents ↑In the event of extraordinary events beyond the establishment's control — such as natural disasters, fires, administrative measures or serious service interruptions — that prevent the booked accommodation from being provided in whole or in part, Camping Armanello will report the incident and examine the solution applicable to the circumstances.
An adequate alternative, a change of dates or a credit for a future stay may be offered, provided that the guest voluntarily accepts those options where this is required. A refund or financial adjustment will be made where appropriate in accordance with the contract and the law. No absolute exclusion of liability is established, nor is the customer obliged to accept a voucher as the only solution.
7. Conditions for weather alerts
Contents ↑When AEMET issues an official orange or red alert that coincides with the planned day of arrival and that reasonably prevents access to Camping Armanello, the guest may request in writing, at the latest on that same day, a change of dates without an administration fee in accordance with the applicable conditions.
The amount already paid may be kept as credit for a later stay for twelve months counted from the originally planned arrival date, not from the day the booking was made. The new dates will be subject to availability and, where appropriate under the rate accepted, to any price differences validly communicated.
The customer must submit their request within the above period and proof of the official warning may be required. The mere forecast of rain or an alert that does not reasonably prevent access does not automatically trigger this special policy. All of this is without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights where the accommodation cannot be provided.
8. Late check-out in bungalows and glamping
Contents ↑The late check-out service is available only on request, subject to availability and to a surcharge that has been communicated and accepted beforehand. It is recommended to enquire at reception between 24 and 48 hours before the departure date.
Authorisation must be express. Unauthorised stay after the check-out time does not amount to an extension of the booking nor automatically gives rise to a charge for a full night: validly notified surcharges or actually proven losses may apply, in accordance with the legislation in force.
9. Bono Viaje CV, Bono Viatge DANA and similar programmes
Contents ↑The ordinary processing of redemption and administrative verification of these vouchers will be carried out from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:30, excluding public holidays that affect the service. The holder must meet the requirements of each programme, including ownership, documentation, deadlines and the other conditions of the issuing body.
It is recommended to request redemption well in advance to avoid expiry problems outside processing hours. If the voucher cannot be applied for a reason attributable to the holder, the guest must pay the amounts contractually due, respecting the legal rights that apply. The campsite does not guarantee acceptance of vouchers that do not meet the conditions of the programme.
10. Maximum occupancy and visitors
Contents ↑The maximum occupancy of each bungalow, glamping accommodation or pitch will be that corresponding to the unit and rate booked and may not exceed the authorised capacity. All guests, including minors, must be entered in the legal traveller register. Changes in the number of people or in the occupants must be communicated to reception and authorised where applicable.
Visits by people who are not staying require prior authorisation and identification at reception. The first hour is free; a longer stay is subject to the previously published and applicable visitor rate. Visits are not permitted after 22:00, nor overnight stays by unregistered persons. Unauthorised visits may give rise to proportionate measures and charges only where they have a valid contractual and legal basis.
11. Check-in and check-out times
Contents ↑Check-in at bungalows and other accommodations ordinarily takes place from 16:00 until 22:00. For pitches, check-in begins at 13:00 and ordinarily ends at 22:00. Check-out from pitches and accommodations must be completed before 12:00 on the planned day of departure; reception will deal with check-out formalities in accordance with its service hours.
Late check-out or remaining on the facilities until 18:00, where offered, will require prior confirmation, availability and payment of the accepted surcharge. For reasons of safety and rest, the entry or exit of vehicles between 00:00 and 08:00 will be restricted except with exceptional authorisation.
If the customer expects to arrive outside ordinary hours, they must inform the campsite and follow the instructions received. If they do not show up or communicate their situation, the booking may be considered a no-show from 12:00 on the day after the day of arrival, with the consequences provided for in the rate booked and in the applicable legislation.
12. Other conditions
Contents ↑Minors and cots. Children aged zero and one do not pay a per-person rate under Camping Armanello's ordinary rates; from the age of two the corresponding rate applies. Cots are provided free of charge at the guest's request, subject to availability and without exceeding the capacity of the accommodation. Extra beds are not permitted where they exceed the authorised places. Some third-party arrangements, such as Kampaoh, may apply different age rules, which will be indicated in their offer.
Booking holder. The holder must be at least 18 years old. Minors will stay accompanied by a legally responsible or authorised adult and, in group bookings, at least 50 % of the occupants will be adults. All persons will be legally identified, by in-person or online check-in with valid verification; those over 14 years of age will sign the check-in registration form in accordance with applicable regulations.
Means of payment. The means of payment enabled and communicated by the campsite are accepted, and this document does not guarantee the permanent availability of specific card brands. Prices are expressed in euros, taxes included. Dynamic currency conversion will be offered only with transparent information and the customer's express acceptance. The establishment may make pre-authorisations that have been validly notified and are distinguished from an actual charge.
Parties, gatherings and rest hours. Parties, celebrations or gatherings organised in common areas require prior authorisation from Management. Rest must be respected between 00:00 and 08:00 and between 14:00 and 17:00, as well as the specific instructions for facilities and recreational areas.
Included services and features. The equipment, breakfasts, bicycles, welcome baskets and other extras included will depend on the rate and the booking confirmation. Units of the same type may vary in decoration, brand or appliance technology — including a gas stove as opposed to a ceramic hob — provided they maintain the essential functional features and no specific feature has been guaranteed. The accommodation descriptions will report these variations. Features expressly advertised or binding will be respected and relevant breakdowns must be resolved.
Partner platforms. Kampaoh bookings or others marketed through intermediaries will be subject to the commercial conditions that have been notified and accepted through those channels, in addition to the campsite's general rules of coexistence and safety. ACSI rates or other promotions apply only when their specific requirements are met and are not presumed for other bookings.
Internal Regulations. All guests and authorised visitors must comply with the campsite's Internal Regulations, available on the website and at reception. Among other rules, cooking on the private terraces of bungalows and glamping is not permitted, nor is charging electric vehicles from pitch sockets or using balls outside the designated areas. The booking does not grant a right to a specific unit number unless expressly guaranteed.
Complaints and personal data. Complaints may be submitted at reception or through the published electronic channels; the official complaint forms are available where applicable. The processing of personal data and traveller registration data will be carried out in accordance with privacy regulations. Disputes will be submitted to the legally competent bodies, without an exclusive submission that deprives the consumer of their own jurisdiction.
Note on modifications and contractual precedence
Contents ↑The specific conditions of the rate, when validly accepted, prevail in commercial matters over incompatible general rules. No PMS record will unilaterally alter a booking. Changes of dates, occupants, services or duration will require the campsite's acceptance where applicable; extensions will be quoted at the rate in force when they are requested. The mandatory rights of the consumer are maintained in all cases.
Validity and previous bookings. These conditions will apply to new bookings from the effective date of their publication, once the legal and operational approval has been completed. Bookings formalised before that date will retain the commercial conditions validly accepted when they were made. A record will be kept of the version of the conditions and of the rate particulars accepted by each guest.
