Document identifier: reglamento-interno-2026-10

I. SCOPE, ADMISSION AND IDENTIFICATION

Contents ↑

Article 1. Purpose, scope and publication of the Regulations

These Internal Regulations establish the conditions of coexistence, safety, admission, circulation and use of the facilities of Camping Armanello. They apply to those staying on pitches, in bungalows or in glamping accommodations, as well as to their companions, visitors and authorised third parties while they are within the premises. They will apply without prejudice to mandatory legislation and to the specific commercial conditions validly contracted.

The Regulations will be available on the official website and for consultation at reception, with identification of the version and the effective date. The acceptance of a booking does not allow its prices, cancellation periods or other confirmed commercial benefits to be modified retroactively. The schedules and specific instructions of each facility may be displayed by means of signs or digital media, provided they do not contradict the guest's rights.

Article 2. Objective admission and access control

Access to the campsite will be reserved to registered guests and to persons authorised by the establishment. Admission will be carried out on objective, proportionate and non-discriminatory criteria, in accordance with tourism regulations and consumer protection rules. Security measures justified by serious documented incidents may be adopted, without establishing arbitrary or generalised prohibitions.

Employees may request the accreditation necessary to verify that a person is authorised to remain on the premises. Where an incident arises, it will be sought to resolve it by reasonable checks, respecting the dignity, privacy and other rights of the persons concerned.

Article 3. Identification and traveller registration

All persons staying, including minors, must provide the data required by the traveller registration rules and allow the legally necessary checks. The campsite will accept online check-in and electronic signature where the procedures in place allow valid verification, without prejudice to requiring the presentation of an identity document or additional checks at reception.

Check-in registration forms must be signed by persons over the age of fourteen; the data of minors under that age will be provided by the adult accompanying them. Full photocopies or images of ID cards or passports will not be kept merely because the registration is carried out, unless there is a specific legal basis. The data will be processed and kept for the periods required by regulations.

Article 4. Booking holder, minors and groups

The holder of each booking must be over eighteen years of age and provide the identification of the persons making up their accommodation unit. Minors must remain accompanied by, or under the responsibility of, a legally authorised adult. In group bookings, at least fifty per cent of their members must be of legal age, always respecting the authorised capacity of each unit.

The holder must facilitate the communications and actions necessary for the correct use of what has been booked by their companions. Any liability for damage or breaches will be determined according to the law and the contractual relationship, without presuming unlimited personal liability for any conduct of others.

Article 5. Persons staying and changes in occupancy

Occupancy may never exceed the maximum authorised capacity of the pitch or accommodation. The arrival of additional persons, overnight stays by relatives or friends and the replacement of members of the booking must be communicated beforehand to reception and, where applicable, obtain express authorisation. Persons joining must complete the legal identification formalities and pay the applicable rates previously published or accepted.

Subletting or de facto assignment of the accommodation or pitch by means of successive changes of occupants is not permitted. The early departure of a companion does not in itself entail a reduction in the amount of the stay contracted.

Article 6. Wristbands and credentials

The use of identification wristbands will be mandatory for guests in the areas where the establishment so requires in order to verify access to the facilities. They are personal and non-transferable and must not be lent to visitors or to unregistered persons.

Occasional breakage or loss will be resolved by a free replacement requested at reception. In case of repeated losses, only the actual replacement cost, previously published, may be charged. Deliberate transfer to third parties may be considered a serious breach where it allows irregular access.

Article 7. Visits and stays of third parties

Every visit must be communicated and authorised at reception before access, with identification and registration under the terms required by applicable regulations. Reception may establish suitable meeting places, including the terrace or cafeteria, or deny access to the interior for objective reasons of safety or capacity. Visits are not permitted after 22:00.

A visit of up to one hour will be free. If that period is exceeded, an overnight stay occurs or the visitor rate becomes payable under the announced conditions, the corresponding price will be paid according to season, age and services used. The presence of unregistered persons may give rise to a claim for the visit or accommodation rates actually incurred and proven, in addition to the proportionate measures that are legally appropriate. Days of stay that have not been proven will not be presumed, nor will automatic penalty surcharges be applied.

The booking holder must inform their guests of the establishment's rules. The seriousness of any irregularity will be assessed according to the documented facts, without automatically presuming days of stay that have not been proven.

II. TIMES, COEXISTENCE AND MOBILITY

Contents ↑

Article 8. Check-in and check-out times

Ordinary access to pitches will take place from 13:00 and occupation of bungalows and glamping accommodations from 16:00. Ordinary check-in will take place until 22:00. On the day of departure, pitches and accommodations must be vacated before 12:00. Any modification of these times must be confirmed by the establishment and will be subject to the commercial conditions accepted.

Requests for late check-out or to remain on the premises until 18:00 will be subject to availability, express authorisation and the surcharge communicated. Failure to vacate does not automatically give rise to the charge for a full night; only validly accepted rates and losses actually proven that are legally due may be claimed.

Article 9. Rest hours and respect for neighbours

The rest periods will be from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 00:00 to 08:00. During these periods, loud conversations, noisy games, sound equipment, work or other activities that significantly disturb rest will be avoided. Also outside those periods, guests must behave considerately towards neighbouring pitches and accommodations.

Televisions, music and radios may be used indoors at a moderate volume. The use of acoustic musical instruments is allowed provided it does not cause significant nuisance. The placing or use of speakers or other sound amplification systems outdoors without prior authorisation is not permitted. Staff may require the volume to be reduced, or the activity to stop or be moved.

Article 10. Gatherings, parties and celebrations

Gatherings organised among persons staying in different units and any celebration involving special occupation of common areas will require prior authorisation from Management. It is not permitted to reserve, fence off or take exclusive possession of tables, barbecue areas, recreational spaces or other shared elements on the guest's own initiative.

Management may authorise exceptional private uses, specifying capacity, duration, schedule, affected facilities, cleaning and, where applicable, a previously accepted surcharge. Authorisation does not exempt from respecting rest, safety or staff instructions; an activity that creates a significant risk or breach may be suspended by proportionate measures.

Article 11. Children's play and balls

Minors may play in spaces suitable for their age and autonomy under proportionate supervision by those responsible for them. Traffic roads, accesses, car parks and vehicle passages may not be used as playing fields or play areas. Sports and games with balls will be carried out exclusively in designated areas and not within the pitches.

Quiet ordinary games that pose no risks and cause no nuisance are permitted. During rest hours, noisy activities must be avoided. Proven and legally attributable damage will be handled in accordance with the general liability regime, without prejudice to the establishment's own safety obligations.

Article 12. Vehicles, barrier and speed

All authorised vehicles must be associated with a valid booking, visit or authorisation; their registration plates will be recorded and any changes will be communicated to reception. Vehicles will move with the utmost caution at a maximum speed of 10 km/h, respecting in all cases pedestrian priority, signage and evacuation routes.

Between 00:00 and 08:00 the entry and exit of vehicles is restricted, except with exceptional authorisation for justified reasons. Additional spaces or vehicles may only be used with authorisation and, where applicable, with the published and accepted surcharge. Vehicles will park only in authorised areas, without obstructing accesses or emergency services.

Article 13. Caravan manoeuvres and visible obstacles

Before entering or leaving their pitch, the driver must personally check the width of the passage and the presence of branches, hedges, furniture, protruding elements and any other visible obstacle. When in doubt, they may ask staff for guidance, which does not replace their legal obligations as a driver.

Scrapes, knocks and damage caused exclusively by negligent manoeuvres of the driver will be their responsibility. This provision does not exclude the liability that may fall on the campsite for a defect in maintenance, signage or any other fact legally attributable to it. A justified change of pitch may be proposed where there is an objective difficulty of access.

Article 14. Unidentified vehicles and removal

Where a vehicle whose authorisation cannot be verified is detected, staff will carry out reasonable checks and may require the owner to relocate or remove it. The lack of immediate identification does not in itself determine the status of an abandoned vehicle.

Immobilisation, appropriation, removal by self-help or unilateral relocation outside the legal procedures will not be permitted, except for urgent actions strictly necessary and permitted in the face of serious and imminent danger. Legally attributable damage or costs will be proven individually.

Article 15. Bicycles, scooters and recreational devices

Bicycles, electric or manual scooters, skateboards, karts and other recreational wheeled devices must respect pedestrian safety, travel at a prudent speed and not exceed 10 km/h. They may not be used on the roads between 00:00 and 08:00 or during additional justified and duly published periods.

Races, dangerous manoeuvres and recharging from unauthorised points are prohibited. Those responsible will supervise minors according to their age. These restrictions will not be applied as a prohibition on effective mobility aids for disability or reduced mobility, although their users must travel safely.

III. SWIMMING POOLS, FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Contents ↑

Article 16. Swimming pools, safety and hours

The ordinary pool opening hours will be from 09:00 to 21:00, without prejudice to temporary closures communicated for health, weather, maintenance or safety reasons. Children under twelve must enter and remain accompanied by a responsible adult. Everyone must respect the signs, staff instructions and conditions of use.

Glass and pets may not be brought into the bathing area, except in legally protected cases that must be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. During storms or other risk situations, users must leave the pools when so instructed. Improper use of a facility may give rise to proportionate measures, without excluding the establishment's legal liabilities.

Article 17. Use of pool sun loungers

The pool sun loungers and hammocks are for shared use and may not be reserved indefinitely by means of towels or personal items. When they remain unused for more than twenty-five minutes, staff may free them with care and place the belongings in the indicated place, without assuming any power of appropriation.

Common furniture may not be moved to the pitches or accommodations without authorisation. Incidents concerning belongings or furniture will be handled with the diligence and responsibility legally required.

Article 18. Children's areas and entertainment

Children's games and facilities will be used in accordance with the recommended ages, capacity and safety instructions. Supervision will be the responsibility of parents, guardians or responsible adults according to the age and autonomy of the minor, without establishing a universal obligation of physical presence for all ages.

The existence of entertainment staff or a children's programme does not imply that the campsite provides a childcare service. Specific supervision will only be assumed when the conditions of an activity expressly announce it; the pool and other facilities with accompaniment rules will retain their own regime.

Article 19. Seasonal services and activities

Camping Armanello remains open all year round, although entertainment services and certain facilities or activities may vary in calendar and schedule. Availability will be communicated through the website, reception and other channels of the establishment.

The entertainment programme may be modified for organisational, weather or safety reasons and no specific activity will be guaranteed unless expressly committed. If an essential service, or one specifically included in the booking, cannot be provided, the corresponding contractual and legal solutions will be respected.

Article 20. Toilets, showers, laundry and chemical toilet waste

Toilets, showers and laundry areas must be used hygienically and with respect for other users. Smoking, making a mess or carrying out activities unrelated to their purpose will not be permitted. Animals will not enter the ordinary sanitary facilities, with respect for the legally protected cases and the use of the areas designated for pets.

Washing machines and private equipment installed outside caravans or accommodations will require authorisation when they may affect safety, sanitation or coexistence. The contents of chemical toilets will be emptied only at the points expressly designated, never into pitch drains.

Article 21. Grey water, waste and discharges

Grey water from sinks, washbasins and showers may be discharged only into pitch drains suitable for that use. Black water and chemical tanks will be emptied at the specific facilities, any discharge onto the ground, fountains, non-designated sewers or common areas being prohibited.

Household waste must be deposited in the designated containers. Bulky items, hazardous waste, oils or polluting products must not be abandoned on the ground. Vegetation and garden facilities will be respected. The costs of extraordinary cleaning or repair may only be passed on when the damage and its attribution are duly proven.

IV. PETS, HYGIENE AND COEXISTENCE

Contents ↑

Article 22. Admission and control of pets

Pets are admitted on pitches and in the bungalows expressly identified as suitable for them, including adapted accommodations marketed as such. Pets are not admitted in other types of bungalow, glamping or Kampaoh units, without prejudice to the legally protected access of recognised assistance dogs, for which no discriminatory surcharges or deposits will be imposed.

Owners or those responsible must declare their animals, keep them under control, remove their droppings and comply with the applicable health, identification and civil liability rules. In the case of potentially dangerous dogs, the legally required measures, insurance and documentation will be demanded. Persistent barking and other nuisances will be dealt with by means of requests and proportionate measures.

Breaches concerning control or collection may give rise to the amounts that have been validly communicated and whose application is in accordance with the law; no automatic private fines will be imposed by the mere provision in the Regulations. Persons with assistance dogs will enjoy the legal adaptations that apply.

Article 23. Tobacco and vaping

Smoking or using vaping devices is not permitted inside bungalows, glamping accommodations and other indoor spaces where it is legally prohibited. On terraces and private outdoor spaces it may be done where legal and where it does not cause significant nuisance or risk to third parties.

Cigarette butts will be disposed of safely and may not be left on pitches, gardens or common areas. Extraordinary cleaning or repair will be claimed only where there is proven damage, excluding the wear and dirt inherent in ordinary use.

V. USE OF PITCHES AND EQUIPMENT

Contents ↑

Article 24. Temporary nature, upkeep and delimitation of pitches

Pitches are intended for temporary tourist use during the contracted period and must be kept in a reasonable state of hygiene, safety and order. Guests may not carry out trenches, earthworks, works, foundations, walls, fixed fences or other permanent alterations without express authorisation and without complying with the applicable legal requirements.

The usual removable camping elements are permitted, including removable covers that do not damage the ground or impede drainage. The installation of auxiliary tents, gazebos or additional equipment must be authorised beforehand where it is not part of what has been contracted. Waste, abandoned furniture or items that create unsanitary conditions or danger may not be introduced. In the case of an irregularity that does not pose an imminent danger, its correction will be requested within an individualised and reasonable period.

Article 25. Awnings and structures

Awnings, caravan awning extensions, guy lines, supports and other temporary structures must be fixed, maintained and taken down with regard to their safety and the foreseeable weather conditions. They may not be fixed to elements of the campsite by drilling or by systems capable of causing damage without express permission.

When the deterioration of an awning extension is noticed without immediate risk, reception will contact the holder and request action within a reasonable period; as a guide, a response within about 48 hours may be required, adjusting it to the circumstances. An installation will not be removed or dismantled for merely aesthetic or reputational reasons. If there is serious and imminent danger, staff may take the urgent actions that are legally admissible, documenting the facts with photographs, making an inventory of what is removed and reasonably preserving the belongings.

Article 26. Prolonged absences and connected equipment

When a caravan or motorhome remains unattended for more than seven days, its holder must report the absence to reception and maintain operational contact details. Ordinary equipment or supplies that are safe and covered by the contract may be left connected, without this authorisation implying an obligation of individualised supervision on the part of the campsite.

In the event of an objective risk, staff will try to contact the owner and request corrective measures. The lack of response, by itself, does not authorise the dismantling of private property except with legal authorisation. Situations of serious and imminent danger will be dealt with in accordance with the emergency protocol and with the documentary safeguards established.

Article 27. Electrical connections and high-consumption equipment

Users may connect to the designated sockets the ordinary equipment typical of camping, without exceeding the power and conditions of the supply contracted. It is not permitted to alter distribution boards, protections or wiring, to make unsafe branch connections or to modify the service connection on one's own initiative.

Appliances of especially high consumption or extraordinary installations will require authorisation where there is a risk of overload or interference with the supply. For long stays, the modification of the contracted connection or disconnection will be requested by traceable communication to reception. Charging electric vehicles from pitch sockets is prohibited; only authorised points must be used.

Article 28. Gas, fuel, generators and safety

Gas cylinders and ordinary camping equipment will be kept in the conditions of approval, ventilation and installation that are legally required. Where there are reasonable signs of a defect or leak, the campsite may require inspection by a competent professional and preventive safety measures; technical documentation will not be required indiscriminately if there is no basis for it.

Small quantities of fuel may be kept in approved containers and under safe conditions. Dangerous decanting or storage that entails risk are not permitted. The operation of combustion generators is prohibited, except with express exceptional authorisation from Management. Portable battery-powered power stations will be permitted if their use is safe and they do not involve unauthorised electrical connections.

Article 29. Private pools and exceptional use of water

The installation of pools, jacuzzis or bathing structures on pitches requires exceptional and express authorisation, even in the case of small inflatable children's pools. Any authorisation may be made subject to water consumption, safety, emptying, hygiene and protection of the facilities.

The ordinary water supply is included in the stay. No charges may be passed on for merely normal consumption; any cost for extraordinary abuse or damage must be objectively justified, validly communicated and legally founded.

Article 30. Lighting, antennas, routers and private cameras

Ordinary exterior lights and personal signal-reception or connectivity equipment that cause no nuisance or interference with the networks are permitted. Between 00:00 and 08:00, lights that dazzle or are intrusive must be redirected, dimmed or switched off at the request of staff. The installation of masts, bulky antennas and other significant exterior structures requires authorisation.

Private cameras that may capture third-party spaces or common areas are subject to prior authorisation from Management, without prejudice to compliance with data protection legislation. It is not permitted to tamper with the campsite's network, interfere with it or connect equipment that objectively compromises its security.

Article 31. Work, washing and external professionals

Small manual repairs that cause no nuisance or risk are permitted. Work with especially noisy power tools, welding, cutting, thermal equipment or other dangerous operations requires prior authorisation and must respect rest hours.

The washing of cars, caravans and motorhomes may only be carried out in the designated areas. External professionals hired by guests must identify their activity at reception, receive access authorisation and respect the schedule and safety instructions. The attribution of damage will be assessed in accordance with the proven facts and applicable legislation, without automatically attributing all liability to the pitch holder.

Article 32. Insurance and transfer of camping vehicles

All caravans and motorhomes remaining on the campsite, in both short and long stays, must hold civil liability insurance suitable for their use, which can be shown when there is a justified request. This does not reduce or replace the establishment's duties of liability and insurance.

The sale or transfer of a caravan does not automatically transfer the rights over the pitch nor does it entail an assignment of the contract. The continued stay of the new owner will require authorisation and a new contract or a valid contractual amendment. Subletting or irregular assignment of pitches and accommodations will not be admitted.

VI. SAFETY, EMERGENCIES AND LIABILITY

Contents ↑

Article 33. Preparation for adverse weather

In the face of reasonable forecasts of strong wind, heavy rain or storms, customers must take in or secure awnings, caravan awning extensions, furniture and other outdoor objects that may be displaced. The staff's instructions will be followed and observed risks will be reported.

The campsite may issue general warnings by means of signs, reception and digital channels; this does not mean that it must personally notify every alert to all guests. In the face of serious and imminent danger, proportionate urgent measures that are legally admissible may be adopted, without eliminating the liabilities that correspond to each party.

Article 34. Emergencies, evacuation and reporting of risks

Any accident, fire, leak or situation that may compromise safety must be reported to staff without delay. In an emergency, 112 will be called without waiting for internal procedures. Guests will follow the evacuation routes, emergency signage and justified orders of those in charge of the campsite or public services.

Management may order an evacuation or access restriction as a precaution when the emergency plan and the circumstances justify it, even before receiving an external order. Efforts will be made to disseminate understandable instructions through the available channels. Safety decisions will not deprive the customer of the economic or contractual rights legally recognised.

Article 35. Privacy and ordinary access for maintenance

Maintenance work on networks, supply connections and exterior elements located on occupied pitches will be announced reasonably, indicating the reason and approximate time slot where possible. If it is necessary to work on exterior installations while the holder is absent, staff may access the pitch space in a proportionate manner, documenting the notice and respecting the contractual and legal conditions.

The interior of a caravan, motorhome, occupied bungalow or area protected by the right to privacy may not be subject to access or inspection without valid consent or sufficient legal authorisation. Scheduled cleaning tasks will follow the corresponding contracting and authorisation regime, without presuming a general power of entry.

Article 36. Extraordinary intervention in the face of imminent danger

If smoke, a gas escape, a water leak or any serious sign of danger is observed, an attempt will be made to locate the occupant provided that this does not increase the risk. Emergency services will be notified when appropriate, and only interventions on private spaces that have sufficient legal basis and are strictly necessary to protect people and property will be carried out.

Any extraordinary intervention will be documented, stating the facts, the urgency, the staff involved, the actions carried out and, where appropriate, photographs and an inventory of the items affected. The guest will be informed as soon as reasonably possible. This regime does not authorise entries to collect debts, deal with non-payment or move caravans for contractual reasons.

Article 37. Pyrotechnics, weapons and hazardous materials

Firecrackers, fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles are prohibited for guests. Only events organised by the establishment that have the administrative authorisations and safety measures legally required will be possible.

It is not permitted to bring in or handle explosives or hazardous substances in quantities or conditions incompatible with tourist use. Ordinary household products, small reserves of safe fuel and suitable gas cylinders will be permitted in accordance with their specific rules. Weapons will be governed by their specific regulations and may not be displayed or used dangerously.

Article 38. Barbecues and prohibition of cooking on terraces

Cooking on the private terraces of bungalows and glamping accommodations by means of gas, electric, charcoal, induction or other appliances is prohibited, as is using furniture provided by the establishment as a support for cooking. Food will be prepared in the interior kitchens fitted for that purpose or in common facilities expressly designated.

On pitches, portable camping stoves may be used under safe conditions. Charcoal or wood barbecues may only be used in designated areas; gas or electric appliances must be used with ventilation, supervision and respect for the available power and applicable restrictions, without prejudice to temporary prohibitions justified by fire risk.

Article 39. Liability for loss and damage

The campsite and users will be liable for the damage that is legally attributable to them. No general exclusion of liability for theft, loss, accidents or injuries is established; regard must be had to the circumstances and legal duties of each party.

The repair or replacement of damaged property will be assessed on the basis of proven expenses, the condition of the item, its age and depreciation where applicable. No charges may be imposed for ordinary wear and tear, nor automatic penalties lacking a contractual and legal basis.

VII. ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES

Contents ↑

Article 40. Assigned accommodation and equivalent equipment

The booking guarantees the type, capacity and essential features contracted, but not a specific bungalow or pitch number unless express confirmation is given. Between units of the same type there may be differences in layout, colour, brand, decoration and appliance technology, provided they retain equivalent functionality and no specific feature has been promised.

Thus, a functional gas stove may be equivalent to a ceramic hob, unless the specific technology is binding by virtue of the offer or advertising. This variation does not in itself give rise to automatic compensation. The informative notice will be included in the accommodation description pages. Breakdowns or the absence of features that were actually committed to must be repaired, replaced or given the appropriate contractual and legal solution.

Article 41. Use and upkeep of the interior

Guests will use the furniture, appliances and equipment provided correctly, keeping the accommodations in reasonable conditions of hygiene. They may not take beds, mattresses, indoor furniture or items that must remain inside out to the exterior, nor move them to other units without authorisation.

The ordinary final cleaning is included, but before leaving the guest will remove their rubbish and leave the utensils and crockery used put away and washed. The costs of extraordinary cleaning may only be demanded for exceptional dirt that is duly documented. Normal wear and tear will not be charged.

Article 42. Linen, cleaning on request and cots

For stays of one week or more, the ordinary change of bed linen every eight days and of towels every four days will apply, in accordance with the conditions of the type of accommodation and with the express exceptions, such as the ordinary non-inclusion of towels in Casa Barril. The campsite does not provide automatic daily cleaning.

Extraordinary cleaning services may be requested during the stay, subject to availability, scope and price previously accepted. Cots will be provided free of charge on request and subject to availability and will not authorise exceeding the maximum capacity; extra beds will not be installed where they imply exceeding capacity.

Article 43. Hammocks and lent equipment

Hammocks or sun loungers that form part of the ordinary equipment of a bungalow will be included in its price without a separate surcharge. Other objects or auxiliary equipment may be provided subject to availability and with their price, if any, previously communicated and accepted.

The delivery and return of equipment of significant value or requiring follow-up may be recorded at reception. Management may establish a specific guarantee for certain loans, the amount and conditions of which will be notified before delivery. Only losses or damage actually proven and attributable will be claimed, excluding wear from normal use.

VIII. COURTESY SERVICES AND THIRD PARTIES

Contents ↑

Article 44. Delivery drivers, couriers and private suppliers

Food orders, parcels and other private deliveries will ordinarily be received at reception or at other designated points. Delivery drivers are not authorised to drive on the internal roads or to access pitches or accommodations without the express permission of staff.

Reception may authorise exceptions for bulky loads, accessibility or justified needs. Any exceptional access will be subject to registration where applicable, traffic rules and limitation to the necessary route. The guest must coordinate the collection of their order.

Article 45. Temporary receipt of parcels

The acceptance of parcels addressed to guests is a voluntary courtesy service and requires prior notice to reception. The establishment may refuse deliveries because of size, weight, danger, hygiene or lack of suitable means for their custody. The contents of shipments will not be opened or checked.

Custody will begin with the actual receipt of the parcel by staff and will end with its delivery to the addressee or authorised person. Incidents prior to that receipt, those relating to the seller or carrier and differences in contents must be claimed from the party concerned. The campsite will be liable only for loss or damage occurring while in its custody that is legally attributable to it, without general exclusions of liability.

Article 46. Remote working, sales and advertising

Remote working and the ordinary remote performance of professional activities are permitted provided there is no in-person customer service, special occupation of facilities, or significant risks or nuisance. Use of the included Wi-Fi will comply with the security conditions and capacity of the service.

It is not permitted to sell products, distribute advertising, solicit customers among guests, offer in-person professional services or carry out other organised commercial activities within the premises without the prior and express authorisation of Management. External professionals must also comply with access and security controls.

Article 47. Use of Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi connection will be offered free of charge in accordance with the published coverage and conditions. Ordinary and even legitimate intensive use is permitted, without establishing arbitrary limits merely on the volume of data consumed.

The campsite may establish proportionate technical restrictions where there are objective abuses, interference or security risks for the network and its users. The measures will respect privacy, the applicable communications regulations and consumer rights.

Article 48. Photographs, recordings and drones

Guests may take personal photographs and videos, respecting the privacy and image rights of third parties. Professional recordings, commercial broadcasts, productions with special equipment or uses that affect facilities or other users will require prior authorisation where legally appropriate.

The flying of drones within the premises requires the express authorisation of the establishment and compliance with all applicable aeronautical and privacy rules. Presence at the campsite does not imply general consent to the commercial use of guests' image.

IX. END OF STAY, ITEMS AND COMPLAINTS

Contents ↑

Article 49. Vacating at expiry and belongings

At the end of the contracted period, the guest must vacate the unit and remove their vehicles, equipment, awning extensions and other property. If items are left behind, the establishment will document their existence and, where possible, send a written notice to the holder, granting a period of fifteen calendar days to regularise the situation where this applies.

The removal, storage or relocation of private belongings will only be carried out with consent, sufficient legal authorisation or in accordance with the applicable procedure. Property lawfully removed will be inventoried and kept in the legally required conditions, taking as a reference the ordinary period of ninety days agreed where appropriate. There is no right of automatic appropriation nor general authorisation to move caravans for non-payment.

Article 50. Lost property

Items found after departure will be recorded and ordinarily kept for ninety days, having regard to their nature and applicable regulations. Documents, valuables, perishable products or items that present risks will be treated differently.

Where feasible, return to the proven owner will be facilitated; shipment by post will require their acceptance and the corresponding transport costs. The expiry of the internal period does not in itself authorise appropriation or destruction contrary to regulations.

Article 51. Warnings, breaches and rights

In the event of breaches, efforts will be made to inform the guest and request correction. The repetition of two warnings for minor infringements or the commission of a serious breach may justify an assessment of termination of the stay, having regard to proportionality, the proof of the facts and the legal procedures.

Expulsion or total loss of amounts will not occur automatically merely by counting warnings. Management's powers will be exercised in accordance with the rules on admission, contractual termination and consumer protection, always respecting the safety of persons and the lawfulness of the measures adopted.

Article 52. Complaints, privacy and accessibility

Guests may submit incidents and complaints at reception or through the electronic channels indicated on the website. The official complaint forms will be available to them. The campsite will meet the legally required time limits without promising a fixed internal deadline that it cannot guarantee.

Information on data processing, CCTV and commercial communications will be found in the privacy policy in force. Truthful information on accessibility will be provided and individualised reasonable adjustments will be considered, including the admission of assistance dogs in accordance with the law.

Article 53. Available accommodation types

The types of accommodation that can be contracted will be only those effectively offered through the campsite's official channels. The former type known as «free camping», without individual delimitation of pitches, is no longer marketed and does not form part of these updated Regulations.

The admission of minors, auxiliary equipment and the delimitation of space will be governed by the conditions of the pitches and accommodations actually available. No former clause relating to free camping should be interpreted as authorisation to book a type that has been withdrawn from the inventory.
