Yes. We have ramps, firm and wide roads, round tables in the restaurant and adapted bathrooms in common areas, among other things. We help you choose the most suitable accommodation.

We have adapted or easily accessible units (subject to availability). They may include wide doors, walk-in showers and grab bars.
3) Are the communal toilets and showers adapted?
Yes. There are accessible cubicles with bars, turning space and sinks at the appropriate height in selected blocks.

4) Is the pool accessible?
One pool has a railed entrance and shallow areas. If you need additional access assistance, please contact us to confirm available solutions on your dates.
5) Is the terrain flat? Are there slopes?
The roads are mostly flat and hard-surfaced; there may be slight slopes in some areas. If you need it, ask for a location close to services and access points.
6) Are assistance dogs allowed?
Yes, assistance dogs are allowed and exempt from usual restrictions (except pool areas due to regulations). Accreditation may be requested on arrival.

Yes. Benidorm has nearby health centers and pharmacies. At reception we provide addresses and telephone numbers for assistance.
10) What information should we send you before arriving?
Tell us your level of mobility, technical aids you use, minimum door width you need, bed height and any other preferences. This way we can assign you the optimal option.
11) What accessible routes or beaches are nearby?
In the surroundings there are seafront promenades with walkways and viewpoints with easy access. We can guide you at reception with accessible routes and beach options.
