We have bungalows, glamping (e.g., barrel houses/tents) and pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes.

2) What is the capacity of the bungalows for families?

Depending on the type, they usually accommodate 2 to 5 people (see distribution and square footage in each listing).

3) What equipment do the bungalows/glamping include?

In general: equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, basic kitchenware, private bathroom (depending on type), air conditioning/heating and terrace.
The exact equipment may vary; check the accommodation details before booking.

4) Is bedding and towels included?

In general, all accommodations include bedding.
All accommodations except the Barrels include towels.

5) Is there air conditioning and heating?

Yes, the accommodations have air conditioning and/or heat pump, suitable for both summer and winter.

6) Can I stay with a pet in a bungalow?

Yes, we have pet-friendly bungalows (subject to availability) and all pitches allow pets.

7) Is there a cleaning service or change of sheets/towels during the stay?

Changes of sheets and towels are NOT daily. The frequency is indicated when booking.
You can also request extra services at reception (according to rate).

8) Is a deposit required in the bungalows?

A deposit may be required in some accommodations, which is returned after the final inspection.
The amount and conditions appear in the booking process.

9) What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations.
You can do it outdoors/on the terrace, respecting the other guests.

10) Can I park next to my bungalow?

We have parking inside the premises and charging points for electric vehicles.
There are also free areas a few meters from the campsite.

11) What do the pitches include (motorhome/caravan/tent)?

Large pitches with electricity and water points nearby; options depending on the type.
We have an area for chemical emptying.

12) Can we request a crib or high chair for babies?

Yes 👶, we offer cribs and high chairs upon request (subject to availability).

13) Do the accommodations have a TV and can I use streaming platforms?

Some types include SMART TV. For streaming platforms, you can use your personal account (depending on available device).

14) Is barbecue allowed?

Only in the free barbecue area and according to current regulations (may vary by season or forest risks).

15) What are the check-in and check-out times for the accommodations?

Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM.
If you need late check-out, ask us and we will confirm according to availability.
