Enjoy our gym. You can manage your access at reception for a small daily or monthly fee during your stay at the campsite. Keep fit and remember that you should always maintain healthy habits, even on vacation!

CAMPSITE GYM EQUIPMENT

  • Treadmill: Allows you to walk or run without going outside, ideal for staying active with air conditioning. Improves cardiovascular endurance and tones legs and glutes.
  • Elliptical machine: Offers a full-body, no-impact workout, useful for strengthening legs, arms, and abs while taking care of joint health.
  • Indoor stationary bike: Effective option for aerobic exercise. Helps burn calories, strengthen leg muscles, and improve lung capacity.
  • Rowing machine: Facilitates an intense cardiovascular workout while exercising arms, back, abs, and legs in a coordinated manner.
  • Bar training structure: Designed for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, or bench presses. Allows you to work strength and tone various muscle groups.
  • Dumbbells of different weights: Adaptable to all types of users, they allow free exercises that strengthen arms, shoulders, chest, and back.
