PENELOPE: THE DISCOTHEQUE
Penelope Benidorm is a nightclub located in the Avenida de la Comunidad Valenciana, very close to camping Armanello. The discotheque, with a design very similar to the Ibizan discotheques, has several rooms, a terrace and an outdoor swimming pool.
Specifically, Penelope Benidorm consists of:

- Main hall, covered with capacity for 3,000 people, with 25,000 watts of power, 6 bars, VIP area…
- Auxiliary hall, covered with capacity for 1000 people, 4 bars and VIP area.

PENELOPE BEACH CLUB
Continuing with the brand, we have Penelope Beach Club, on the promenade of Playa de Levante. Enjoy a good evening and a good night out in a local Benidorm of recognized prestige. BIRTH OF THE BRAND PENELOPE BENIDORM
Penelope Benidorm was the seed of the international Penelope® brand. Founded in 1968, with the great expansion of Benidorm as a tourist city of reference, it quickly became a renowned venue throughout Spain. At the end of the 70’s, Penelope Discotheque got its momentum. Penelope will increase its size eightfold to a capacity of 8,000 people. The first large nightlife complex in the Spanish Levante region is born.
During the 80’s the Penelope brand expanded, both in Benidorm and abroad. Penelope Beach Club is born in Benidorm, on the famous Levante beach, and the brand grows abroad through franchises with shops and clothing stores.

HOW TO GET TO PENELOPE BENIDORM?
GETTING TO PENELOPE BY TRAIN
To get to Penelope Benidorm, you can take the train (TRAM – www.tramalicante.es) from Denia to Alicante and stop at the station “Disco Benidorm”. The discotheque is 50 meters away. In summer you have an extended service schedule, the TRAMnochador.
GETTING TO PENELOPE BY CAR
If you come by car you have to take the exit “Benidorm Levante”, the first exit of Benidorm if you come from Altea-Calpe and the second one if you come from Villajoyosa-Campello. After taking the exit you must take the third exit at the second traffic circle, the one for the gas station. About 300m past Karting Benidorm, you will see Penelope Benidorm on the left.
HOW TO GET TO PENELOPE BEACH CLUB?
To get to Penelope Beach Club, we recommend the same route mentioned above, but instead of leaving the traffic circle at the third exit, take the second exit to go down Avenida Europa. At the end of this avenue there is a small traffic circle, take the first exit to the right and continue 100m. You are on Avenida Mediterráneo, parallel to the Levante Beach promenade. Park and cross the avenue to the beach, you will find Penelope Beach Club easily.
