SUSTAINABILITY, QUALITY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY: COMMITMENT TO THE PLANET

The management of our campsite is aware of the importance of providing its clients with what they expect from us and the respect and care that the environment deserves. For this, the campsite has regulated its operation by the requirements of the UNE 184001: 2007 standard to organize internally following planned and documented work methods, which will be updated whenever circumstances require and always directed towards continuous improvement of efficiency of the quality management system, and complying with the client’s requirements. The goal is customer satisfaction and loyalty over time. All the staff is involved, from the moment they join our campsite, to make the client feel comfortable during their stay, worrying that expectations are met, trying to solve their problems and concerns, without forgetting the environmental environment at any time in which we find ourselves.

In our day-to-day work, we work to achieve a correct performance of the work that affects the client, both directly and indirectly, as well as to transmit to our employees, clients and suppliers the importance of taking attitudes of respect and protection towards the environment environment. The objective is to achieve continuous improvement in our behavior, better and greater responsibility in the use of water and energy and adequate waste management. We promote energy efficiency and provide solutions to our own issues related to the prevention of pollution and conservation of the environment, as well as working to reduce the consumption of natural resources. Management knows and understands the 2030 Agenda, the SDGs, and their 169 targets, and is committed to them, thus contributing to sustainable development by maximizing positive impacts and minimizing negative impacts that the organization generates on society, the economy, and the environment. The services offered aim to satisfy customer needs efficiently and without compromising the needs of future generations and the rest of the environment surrounding the organization.

Furthermore, in the face of any possible health crisis we may face, our campsite is committed to implementing all necessary measures to reduce contagion and/or proliferation, as established by the standards, requirements, and guidelines set for risk reduction. Therefore, all necessary prevention mechanisms and measures will be established to reduce their effects, both for our customers and our workers, guaranteeing safe tourism.

The Management assumes the responsibility of making this policy known and understood by its staff and clients, whose lines of action are transformed into management objectives and goals, reviewing it to adapt it to its purposes whenever necessary.
